Christmas Soap Pump
Supplies Needed:
- Silk Flowers or other lightweight decorative plastic objects (they need to be plastic so the soap doesn't wreck them.)
- Clear soap pump bottle (you can recycles ones you already have or they can be purchased at crafts stores such as Michael's.
- Clear liquid soap.
Instructions: Make sure there are no labels on the bottle. If there is, remove them. Gently insert the pretty plastic objects you decided on for inside the bottle into the bottle. Pour in liquid soap and you're done!
Christmas Mix In A Jar
Supplies Needed:
- Empty jar with a lid
- Pretty material Scraps
- Ribbon
- Cake mix, soup mix, or other dry ingredients (look inside a recipe book at home for your favorite recipe)
- Paper, scissors, ruler and pen if you want a homemade look or your can use your computer.
Instructions: Wash and dry the jar and lid. Put the jar lid on the piece of fabric and cut a square about 1 1/2 inch larger on all sides than the lid. (Have mom or dad help you.)
Once jar is completely dry ( you don't want any moisture in the jar or the dry goods will no longer be good.), add cake mix or soup mix. If you are making a recipe from scratch, layer the different ingredients so it looks good through the jar.

On a piece of paper or using your computer type or write up the complete baking instructions. Punch a hole through the paper and put a piece of ribbon through it. Put the lid on the jar and put fabric over the lid, attaching the ribbon and the recipe to the jar just under the base of the lid.
